About the Founder
Vault Studio was created by Jessica Sands, founder of Jessica Sands Hair. With over 20 years of experience, Jessica is a dedicated stylist and educator who leads with kindness, care, and intention.
Built on strong family values, this space reflects a culture of respect, support, and clear boundaries. Jessica has a genuine passion for business development and is deeply driven to help others grow, succeed, and step into their potential.
As an educator, she wanted to move beyond the structure of one day training. Vault Studio was designed to offer ongoing support in a way that feels comfortable and sustainable for each individual. It is a space where creatives and professionals can continue learning, refining their skills, and building confidence over time.
Jessica is a mother of two and a proud local to Malvern, creating a business that balances both family life and professional purpose.
As an educator for Moroccanoil Australia, and a blonde and transformation specialist, she has helped many women restore their confidence through healthier, fuller hair.
She is also a hair loss restoration specialist, supporting women through extensions, hair pieces, and wigs during vulnerable stages of their hair journey.
Through her work, Jessica imports and designs high quality hair extensions focused on seamless, natural results. Her approach allows clients to grow their own hair while achieving fuller, more refined outcomes with invisible systems.
