How the Education Works

Prior to your education day, your salon will select two hairstyles from my education menu that best align with your team’s learning goals.

This is a fully interactive learning experience.

Rather than simply watching a demonstration, every attendee will complete each hairstyle alongside me using their own professional mannequin head.

As I demonstrate each stage on a live model, your team will complete the same step before progressing to the next. This structured teaching method ensures every stylist develops confidence, perfects each technique and receives hands-on guidance throughout the day.

During the practical session, I’ll provide individual coaching, personalised feedback and technical support to every attendee.

By the end of the education, each stylist will have completed both hairstyles and gained practical skills they can immediately implement in the salon.
